How to create an account

You can create a new account using the Sign/Register direct in the header or visiting the My Account page.

You must have an account set-up to direct message businesses and receive messages.

Account types

There are two account types on Funeral Directions:

Business user

A Business account is for a company or individual that wishes to set up:

  • – Business Listing
  • – Charity Listing
  • – Memorial Page
  • – Event Page

Private user

A private account is for someone looking to find relevant businesses to connect to. With your account you can:

  • – Bookmark your favourite businesses
  • – Direct message businesses
  • – Perform basic actions

TO ADD A MEMORIAL OR EVENT PAGE YOU WILL NEED TO CONVERT YOUR ACCOUNT TO A BUSINESS ACCOUNT IN YOUR DASHBOARD UNDER ACCOUNT DETAILS

How to set-up an account – Business or Personal

1. Click on your Sign in or Register (1) on any page on Funeral Directions:

2. On the Sign In & Register page select Register (1). Then select the Account Type (2) and then enter the relevant details.

3. Click Sign up and then you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in there and the account is set-up.
