Change or reset your password

You can change your password from within your account or reset it if you forget it.

To change your existing password:

1. Click on your Profile image/name (1) and then select Account details (2):

2. Under Account details scroll down to the change password section. Type in your current and new password and then confirm.

3. Click Save changes and that should then update your password.

To reset your password

  1. 1. Go to the Funeral Directions password reset page
  2. 2. Enter your current username or email address and select reset password.
  3. 3. You should get an email within a few minutes. If you don’t get an email:
    • • Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders
    • • Check all email addresses you might’ve used to sign up or sign in to your account.
